Goalkeeper training will be provided on a daily basis during stations 2-5. Group warm-up and cool-down are completed each day to prevent injuries.

During the morning sessions, players are divided according to age. During the afternoon sessions, players are divided according to their ability level and knowledge of the game. On the first day of camp, each player is evaluated while in the morning sessions. Adjustments to group placement will be made on the second day, based on staff feedback.

HALF DAY PROGRAM FOR ELEMENTARY/MIDDLE SCHOOL AND HIGH SCHOOL PRE-SEASON
“It’s not the Quantity of time, but the Quality of time that you need to train”

Our emphasis is on “THEME” training sessions that will be introduced to the players each day. Topics such as Defending, Attacking, Possession, Positional play, and Re-starts will be the focus of each day. In addition, conditioning and skill development will be done every day. The last hour of each daily session will be spent teaching tactical games situation to promote the players making decisions on their own. Goalkeeping will be done every day as part of the program, specifically with regards to the Technical and Tactical awareness of the game. All three programs will have their individual space and Coaching Staff for their development and training.
